Experienced Preaching Coaching That Delivers Real Growth
It can be hard to find the right structure, experience and support to help you develop your understanding and skills as a preacher. With so much ‘content’ available, working out the key next steps in your preaching journey is important. That’s where The Preaching Studio comes in.
Offering one on one personalised coaching and feedback sessions, and group workshops, we help preachers develop their gift. We are passionate about coming alongside ministry leaders as they develop their preaching teams.
One on One Coaching
$150 Initial Coaching Session
One intensive, two hour session, designed to identify current experience, challenges, and key areas of growth. Through tools, insights and practical training you will get real takeaways you can work on in your next sermon.
Then $100 Subsequent Sessions
Following the initial coaching session follow up sessions are conducted every 2-3 messages or 6-8 weeks (depending on your preaching opportunities). Here you will deep dive into what worked, what didn’t and why? The cycle of feedback and application will help you grow into the preacher God is calling you to be.
Sessions offered in person (Adelaide) or online.
Approaching the Bible Workshops
$800
A 4 hour session run with a group of preachers bringing practical experiences and training in understanding the Bible, exegesis of passages, tools and resources, hearing from God for others, and practical experimentation.
This can be run in person (happy to travel outside Adelaide with costs covered) or online over one or two timeslots. Perfect for between 4 and 30 participants.

Church Councils and Boards can be great at investing in the growth of their staff and ministry teams. But they rarely review their own health and consider their team learning goals.
The Governance Review provides an opportunity for council members and key staff to reflect on their experience on the council through the Governance Review Survey. The results are analysed, deidentified, and a report, with recommendations and tools, is provided to the Church Council.
It is recommended Church Councils conduct this review once a year.
