In a noisy world, developing your preaching has never been more important. Through one on one coaching, cycles of feedback, and practical workshops, Steph works with new preachers to develop their preaching foundations, and experienced preachers to hone their skills.

Whether you are seeking to develop your theology of preaching, approaching the biblical text faithfully, using your voice or body, structuring your message, finding the key idea or more, Steph can help you gain insight and build confidence in your preaching creativity.

Steph is a preacher and minister with over 25 years of preaching experience. Having helped dozens of emerging preachers develop and find their voice she now offers coaching to new and experienced preachers looking to expanding their knowledge, grow their skills, and see more impact in their preaching.
One on one coaching provides a personalised approach to identifying areas you want to grow in, deepening your understanding, praxis and reflection. After an initial coaching session, you will seek to experiment and implement key ideas into your preaching. Follow up feedback coaching is then conducted every 2-3 sermons.
Workshops help teams of preachers to develop and try out new skills and insights. Workshops can be built around particular topics and needs to suit the development and experience level of your team of preachers.
New and emerging preachers looking to find their voice, build solid foundations and grow in their confidence.
Experienced preachers seeking to grow in their engagement, connection or impact generally or in a particular skill.
